OLX is Poland's biggest classifieds site, full of car parts, tools, furniture and one-off bargains. But most sellers only offer pickup or delivery inside Poland, they speak Polish, and paying a stranger from abroad is risky. We do it for you: we call the seller, ask the right questions, pay safely, get the item and ship it to you.

Where possible we pay through OLX's own delivery and payments, which protect the buyer, instead of a bank transfer to a stranger.
Pickup only? Not a problem
If the seller won't post it, we send a courier to pick it up or collect it ourselves, depending on the location.
How it works

- •Once you approve and pay, we buy it, get it to us, inspect it and ship it with tracking.
Buyer protection on OLX
When an item is sent with OLX delivery and paid through OLX, the buyer is protected: if the parcel is empty or the item doesn't match the listing, it must be reported within a short time after delivery. The item comes to us first, so we check it straight away and report anything wrong in time.

What it costs
Our fee is 50–100 PLN per order: a parcel the seller posts to us is at the low end; arranging a pickup or collecting it in person is at the high end. Shipping is quoted separately by weight and destination.
Questions about this service
Why not pay the OLX seller myself?
Many sellers only accept Polish bank transfers, cash or pickup, and a bank transfer to a stranger has no protection. We pay in a way that protects the purchase and check the item before it travels.
The listing says pickup only. Can you still get it?
Usually yes. We can send a courier to the seller or collect it ourselves, depending on where it is. Large items are quoted individually.
Can you check the item before buying?
We ask the seller for extra photos or a video and call them with your questions. For valuable items nearby, we can sometimes see them in person.
