Why we check everything in Poland
Vinted gives buyers a short window after delivery to report an item that doesn't match its description. The parcels come to us, so we open them straight away: a wrong size, a hidden stain or a missing item is reported in time, before anything travels abroad.
Shipping to the UK and the USA
The UK and the USA are outside the EU, so every parcel needs a customs declaration, which we prepare. Your quote explains any taxes or duties to expect on arrival.
What it costs
Our fee is 50–100 PLN per order, not per item: a few pieces from one or two sellers sit at the low end, a big haul from many sellers at the high end. Combining everything into one parcel is where you save most.
Questions about this service
Can I buy on Vinted Poland directly from the UK?
Usually not: vinted.pl doesn't ship to the UK, and buying there needs a Polish delivery address. That's what we provide: we buy, receive and send it on.
Do you check whether designer items are genuine?
We check the condition and labels, and that the item matches the photos, and we send you pictures. We are not a professional authentication service, so for valuable designer pieces we'll tell you honestly what we can and can't confirm.
Can you combine several Vinted orders?
Yes. We keep your items until everything has arrived and ship them together in one parcel.
