Legal, privacy and terms

The controller of your data is the person who runs Exportland, identified above. Privacy requests can be sent through any contact listed above.

Name, contact channel, destination, item description, language, submission date, request status, how you found us (if you tell us) and a non-reversible cryptographic fingerprint of the IP address used to limit abuse.

We do not request special-category data, identity documents, passwords or banking information through this form.

We use data to assess feasibility, prepare a quote, answer the enquiry and prevent automated abuse. The main basis is pre-contractual steps requested by the person; abuse prevention relies on the legitimate interest of protecting the service.

Our providers process data only to run the site: Supabase (database, hosted in the EU), Cloudflare and Vercel (hosting, bot protection and cookie-free visit statistics) and Resend (email delivery). Data is not sold. It is shared with carriers, agents or insurers only where needed to provide a service you asked for.

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on the standard contractual clauses in each provider's data processing agreement. A shipment to a country outside the EEA necessarily shares the delivery details with carriers and customs there.

Each request receives an expiry date 24 months after receipt, and a daily database job deletes expired requests. Temporary rate-limit records expire after one hour.

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or objection through the listed contact. You may also complain to the competent data protection authority in Poland or your country of residence.

The site sets only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and the security check that protects the forms. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you. There are no advertising cookies.

We use server validation, CSRF protection, parameterised queries, rate limits, anti-bot fields, security headers and limited retention. No system is infallible; avoid sending information that is not needed for the quote.

Submitting a request creates no contract, confirms no availability and triggers no charge. Website prices and times remain indicative until a written proposal is issued.

Acceptance depends on law, carrier restrictions and the destination country. Exportland may reject any undeclared, illegal, dangerous or route-incompatible item.
